Spa Etiquette

    • Book your visit in advance to avoid disappointment
    • Arrive 15min in advance to prepare and relax before the treatment
    • We suggest that you shower before you treatment. Shower facilities are available at the spa for your convenience.
    • Try to avoid heavy meals 2hours before a treatment – you’re welcome to have light snacks though.
    • If it’s your first time at the spa (or any spa) let the receptionist know. If you are really nervous, ask to have a brief tour before your visit.
    • Notify your therapist of any medical condition, as this may influence or affect your treatment.

    • Know that you are in a professional spa environment and do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.
    • Be considerate to yourself and others. For example turn off your cell phone and be mindful of other client’s space.
    • Please do not bring children and leave them unattended, this is very disruptive to other spa goers and unsafe for children.
    • Relax, but keep in mind that the room must be prepared and used for the next client; so know that you must vacate treatment room upon completion of ervice within a reasonable amount of time.

  • You will be covered with a towel during most treatments and only the part of your body being treated will be exposed. You are welcome to keep your underwear on or to use the disposable underwear we provide.
  • Gratuities are not included and are at your own discretion and recommended at 15%-20% of the final treatment cost.
